Book Fest in Suntec

I went to the Book Fest in Suntec with Jin Min yesterday. We had a fun evening! Most interesting of all, this artist from Taiwan came to promote her bk.
Her talk was really useful and insightful and so i decided to purchase her book.We even got her autograph! So those interested can borrow from me after I am done with it.
To those who wants to slim down healthily, here are a few tips taken from her talks and just to share with you guys:
1. Try to eat starch in the morning and afternoon, avoid it at night.
2. Foods that are uglier e.g. oak break are healthier than food that look beautiful e.g strawberry cake
3. Replace sugar with drinking honey
4. Canned drink is where all the fats come from
5. Corn e.g soda biscuit also have lots of starch which is actually quite unhealthy
6. A little of spice in the food aids in slimming down
7. Watermelon allows insulin to secrete more rather than rice. Thus eating rice is more filing.Whereas u will look for more food after eating watermelon.
8. Its an foolish act to stop eating, cuz it will results your weight to rebound very quickly.
9. Avoid drinking juices from outside for they will add extra sugar to it.
10. One slice of banana is equal to half bowl of rice
11. No eating after dinner
12. Do not eat three hours before sleeping time
13. Choose white meat to eat e.g chicken and seafood
14. Take a cold shower in the morning to increase the metabolism rate or salt bath
15. Sleeping too much will cause metabolism rate to decrease
16. Drink green tea
17. Eat carbohydrate stuff like soya bean and wheat rice ( vegetable protein) so that chest will not down size in the process of slimming down
18. Once u bypass the stagnation period, u will slim down greatly. Exercise step by step, do not start with ur whole lot of energy
